We are now formally a Dialect Telecom customer (Yay!) We have been using Dialect Telecom for a number of years now. In that time we have moved offices and we have had our whole team working remotely from home. None of this would have been possible without our Dialect phones. Debbie and Dialect Telecom are Brilliant!! I use a VoIP system provided by Dialect for my office and I cannot fault it, if a message is left then I receive an e-mail with the message attached which is fantastic as it means I can keep in contact with my clients even when I am away from the office. Amongst a whole host of other features the system also keeps a record of incoming and outgoing calls so I can go back and check numbers, dates and times of calls. But the best thing about Dialect is the service. The service they provide is beyond anything else I have ever experienced in the telecoms industry – if there is an issue, you pick up the phone and a real live person answers and even better than that, they fix the issue. I met Debbie at a networking event, long before we knew we needed a new phone system. When we realised the importance of having a telephone line it was great to go to a trusted connection. We thought that being in the middle of nowhere and having broadband issues, it would be a problem to get a system that would work for us. Debbie took the time to understand our business and what we needed, including having a local number so our customers could identify where we were based, forward call options and a facility for voice mails to be emailed to us, so we did not have to be in the office to receive calls. There are still a vast number of functions available which we have not yet taken advantage of. for my business over the last few years. I absolutely love my VOP phone! For less than £9 a month Its enabled me to
have a dedicated land line number for my business that I can take anywhere with me (with the same number) should I
move offices in the future or even if I’m out of the office for a few days – it simply plugs into the internet wherever I am.
As a sole trader I’m often out of the office at meetings. I can now have my calls automatically diverted to my mobile
so I can answer all my calls that come into my landline whenever or wherever I am. I’m able to tell which calls have
come from that number which means I can answer appropriately. Thank you for the help you gave me to set this up – I
don’t have to remember to switch any diverts on or off, it does it automatically. I can also set it up for when I’m on holiday
to take messages and send me an email to let me know I have a message. So I never miss a call or opportunity at
any time, but can answer at my convenience.
It makes my business look more professional and means I never miss a call. It has also made it much easier for me to
