You may already be in offices and want to move into larger premises or you may wish to take an office for the first time. Of course you’ll want to take any existing telephone numbers with you. Dialect can help with that. Whilst you are looking for premises, we would be delighted to check the likely speeds of broadband for you at various locations, so that you can make an informed decision on which property is right for you. Then, when you have decided, we will install Business Broadband for you before you move in. We will discuss with you your requirements for a new phone system, then we will help you change over to that new phone system, either at the time of moving or rather, before you move, so that whilst you are in the process of moving, you can have all of the necessary messages on the phones for you customers, so that they know when you are available and when you aren’t. You can also leave some phones at your existing premises, whilst some go to the new premises, so that you can ensure that a customers’ call is never missed. We will hold your hand during this whole process and take any stress away from you.

Serviced Offices
You may be ready to take your Business to the next level and think of moving into Serviced Offices. One word of warning: many serviced offices offer landline numbers that are connected to their direct dial range of numbers, so that when you are ready to expand and move to different offices, you won’t be able to take your landline number with you. This could be disastrous to your Business if you had to pay huge costs to divert all of the calls from the old office or worse, lose the telephone number that you’d worked so hard to build up and the number that your customers contact you on.
If you do have a landline number from the serviced offices, get it in writing that you can port that number away from them if you wanted to move out (check the contract period).
If you can’t then a Virtual Number from us or a landline number on an App on your Smart Phone might be the answer.
4G
With mobile coverage increasing steadily, this is ideal when you are in a good 4G area. We offer 4G routers and a 4G Data Sim. This offers reliable speeds and a choice of how much data you will use during the month. This is ideal where fibre isn’t available or you want a flexible choice of broadband. Also ideal if you are in rented premises and aren’t permitted to install lines, especially in Serviced Offices.
